Commercial Kitchen Rentals

Rent an inspected kitchen for your baking business!

Rentals include the use of:

• Small appliances (Microwave, induction burner, 10qt mixer, food processor)

• Full size commercial oven

• Fridge and freezer shelf during your rental time

• Sheet trays, bowls, spatulas, cake pans etc.

• Cake turn table, and misc. small decorating tools

• You will have sole use of the kitchen space during your booked time, and will not be sharing with other businesses

• (No frying allowed)

• Space is not configured for leading classes

Pricing:

• $20/hr

• minimum booking of 4 hours at a time

• Bookings of 6+ hours at a time has a reduced rate of $19/hr

• booking time must include time needed to clean up before leaving

• optional add ons:

  • Dry storage shelf: +$25/month

  • Fridge storage shelf: +$30/month

  • Freezer storage shelf: +$30/month

Time Slots Currently Available:

• Mondays: 4:00pm - Midnight

• Tuesdays: 12:00am-8:00am, 4:00pm - Midnight

• Wednesdays: 12:00am - 8:00am, 4:00pm - Midnight

• Thursdays: 12:00am - 8:00am, 5:00pm - Midnight

• Fridays: 12:00am - 8:00am, 5:00pm - Midnight

• Saturdays: 12am-8am, 2pm - Midnight

• Sundays: All Day

All renters must supply a copy of their Food Handler’s Certification. If products will be sold, you must also provide copies of your Liability Insurance. The space, equipment and tools must be cleaned, sanitized, and returned to their original spots prior to departure. All prices subject to HST.

Prior to your first rental, you must book a Kitchen Viewing ($0), this is just to make sure that the space will be a good fit for you. During this time you will also sign a $250 damage deposit and rental agreement form. After this is complete, you can use our online booking to reserve your kitchen time slots.
